Working safely does not only come about through the making of rules and regulations, we firmly believe that working safely should be 'between the ears' of all people who work with us.

Our safety program 'smart to be safe' focuses on this increase in safety awareness. Our people must not work safely, but they want to work safely themselves.

Within this program we do this, among other things, by providing training and rewarding the desired behavior.
